Terms and Conditions – win7 Betting Platform Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the player") and win7 ("the platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the win7 website and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo and any promotional offers.

By accessing win7 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all registered players using win7 from Pakistan. win7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

3. Account Verification (KYC)

win7 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any point — particularly before your first withdrawal:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on win7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Deposits are credited to your win7 account balance once the payment is confirmed. win7 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. win7 targets processing withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete request, subject to KYC verification being in order. win7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

win7 only processes withdrawals to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Betting Rules

win7 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and other sports. By placing a bet on win7, you accept the following rules:

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• win7 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a system error, data feed error or human mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended during a live event at win7's discretion — for example, during a review, wicket or injury stoppage in cricket.
• For Cricket and PSL matches, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or declared a no-result, win7 will apply the relevant settlement rules as stated in the specific market terms for that event.
• Accumulator bets (multi-leg) require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. Any void leg in an accumulator reduces the number of selections accordingly.
• win7 imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary by sport and market type.
• Suspected use of automated betting tools, bots or coordinated arbitrage activity will result in bet cancellation and account review.

win7's decision on any bet settlement matter is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may contact win7 support within 7 days of settlement to raise a query.

6. Casino & Bingo

The win7 Casino and Bingo sections are governed by these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game. By playing any casino game, slot, live casino table or bingo game on win7, you acknowledge the following:

• All casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time from studios with live dealers. The rules of each game (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, etc.) are displayed within the game interface.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility requirements are stated on the Promotions page for each offer.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account automatically.
• The Welcome Bonus applies to a player's first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once per lifetime on win7.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or shared between accounts.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on win7 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred for further action:

• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to deposit on win7
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or bonus wagering
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or technical faults in the platform for financial gain
• Any form of money laundering or use of win7 to process funds from illegal sources
• Allowing any other person to access or use your win7 account
• Making threats or abusive communications to win7 staff or other players

win7 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Where such activity is detected, win7 reserves the right to void all bets, freeze account funds and close the account without prior notice.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

win7 may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see inactive account policy below)

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. win7 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, deducted monthly from any remaining balance. Players will be notified before inactivity fees begin. A verified account balance remaining after closure due to inactivity will be returned via the player's last used payment method, subject to verification.

10. Responsible Gaming
